Return Your Grendha Flip Flops

Returning or exchanging an item is no problem and for orders from the UK we’ll even pay for the return postage. No time limit no worries. All we ask is that you return the flip flops unworn, in the original packaging with the tags still on.

This is what to do.

UK Orders

One

Drop us an email and we'll email you back a free postage label to print out and attach to your parcel.

Two

Please write a short covering note to include with your returned item so that we can process your return without any delays.

Three

Pop along to your local Post Office with the parcel, postage is paid by us so no payment is necessary.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for another from our womens flip flops and sandals range then simply send us the item(s) using the free postage label and then place a new order, via the website, for your replacement item in the normal way.

Refunds

We'll refund your credit card within a couple of days of receipt of your returned item.

International Orders

Returns

We regret that we are unable to offer a free returns service for international orders. If you would like to return an item(s) please send it to the address below with a covering note so that we can process your return promptly.

We recommend using a 'signed for' service which includes insurance to return your item(s).

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for another from our women's flip flops & sandals range then simply send us back the item and then place an order, via the website, for a new item in the normal way.

Refunds

We'll refund your credit card within a couple of days of receipt of your returned item.. Refunds for returned items will cover the item(s) purchased but regretfully we are unable to cover any postage costs.

Please note

Unless you feel there is a manufacturing fault with your flip flops we can only accept returns if the item is unworn, in their original box and with all the tags still attached.

We are only able to process returns and refunds for flip flops bought through this web site.
