One of the great things about the internet is the vast array of people you get to talk to each day. Whether it's an email, a help chat session or a boring old traditional telephone call (we really prefer these but it seems to be less popular now), we still get a various number of question on a regular basis.
We like to try and help, so have produced many pages of information on our site about delivery information, our no quibble returns policy or simply about how to find gorgeous shoes.
One of the more popular questions is about international delivery
A lot of people like to know how we send out our shoes and how long it takes to get to them. To try and help we produce a link to the delivery information on every page. But I'm going to explain it here in more detail to try and help anyone who is looking for a little more peice of mind.
Our packages are shipped using the Royal Mail. In the UK and Ireland this normally means delivery the next working day. The service seems to work well and most people are very happy with it. We regularly get messages back from people like the one below.

Anyway, as you can see delivery in the UK is pretty prompt and we seem to have very few problems at all.
International Delivery
Delivery outside of the UK is also by the Royal Mail, where we use an airmail service to try and get the parcel to you as quickly as possible whilst also keeping the cost at a sensible rate. Just 2 days ago I spoke to a lovely lady from Australia who was asking if we deliver to Australia? I explained we use an airmail service and that normally parcels arrive within a few days, we always say that delivery should take 3 - 7 working days - to be safe. We've found that to most areas of the world outside of Europe delivery is pretty prompt and most people are surprised to receive their new flip flops so soon.
Some times there is a little reaction to the cost of delivery, especially when people see that to ship just one pair to New Zealand or anywhere outside of Europe costs £9.95. But I often go on to explain that we're passing forward the cost to us and that if you order a second or more pairs we absorb a part of the delivery cost to make it easier for you. Think of it this way, one pair costs £9.95 for delivery and each additional pair ordered is only £5.95 for delivery. So, if you order 4 pairs of flip flops or sandals it costs just £6.95 per pair for delivery. Which for an airmail service all the way around the world is pretty good, we think, remember they normally arrive within just a few days.
Delivery in Europe
When we ship flip flops into Europe we use the Royal Mail air mail service again - it's pretty good. But as most European countries are that bit closer to us the cost to us is a little cheaper and so we pass this saving straight on to you. Your first pair by Airmail into Europe is just £4.95 and each additional pair is just £3.95. So if you order 4 pairs it costs just £4.20 per pair to get them delivered by airmail in Europe.
Let's face it, looking around on our web site who cannot find four pairs of flip flops or sandals that they like. And if you wish you could, but can't order all four pairs - get your friends involved. Find out which flip flops your friends want, place a single order for all of the shoes together and share the postage cost.
